The Rebel Society encourages members to participate in shaping the future of our Society

REBEL exists to ensure that we can bring CHANGE to society by empowering individuals to set their own growth priorities. To be successful, however, it requires active and inclusive engagement from a diverse range of society members. The awakening is currently not as high as we, or those concerned with healthy debate and discussion within the ecosystem, believe it should be, nor is it representative of the many stakeholder groupings within society. As a result, REBEL will become a more active member of our society, inspiring and encouraging others to do the same.

In light of our objectives for 2022 and beyond, it was determined that members of the Rebel Society should be actively involved in the governance of the Rebel ecosystem. Especially when one of our main objectives is to change the paradigm of our current society. As a result, it’s critical that REBEL participate in the Rebel ecosystem to foster greater creativity, cooperation, and variety of ideas and perspectives. This action demonstrates our commitment to promoting and expanding REBEL’s positive acceptance on a global scale.

On a fundamental level, greater eco-system development is required. As a result, it is REBEL’s responsibility to set an example and increase awareness through action. The goal of interacting at this level is to inspire greater involvement and engagement. While on-chain voting is still available on Rebel Forum, the platform itself acts as a crucial forum for community debate and consensus off-chain.

REBEL is committed to ensuring that we progress toward a democratic, decentralized society. To do this, we will require the active engagement of our whole society.

REBEL has two distinct funding and voting systems to guarantee that we achieve our objectives: eco-initiatives grants and treasury funding. REBEL will only vote on applications for eco-initiatives grants. REBEL will not vote on treasury funding for specific projects or ideas presented on-chain, which is a key contrast between the eco-initiatives grant and the treasury fund.

Members of the society who possess masternodes will vote on treasury funding. We shall restrict our engagement to the selection of areas of funding and budget levels for eco-initiatives.

How will the vote be decided?
When it comes to voting, our main concern is that the selected project supports our vision and aims, which are for REBEL to become the future society coin and operating system for social and economic interaction for future generations.

We aim to ensure that a decentralized and transparent platform has solid governance, standards, and ethics.

Building a “strong and dynamic ecosystem of active participants” is one of the primary aims we’re striving toward to help us achieve our goal. REBEL votes on Eco-Initiatives that provide wide support for the development of the ecosystem and improve the quality of members’ activities through apps and global involvement strategies. The Rebel ecosystem’s progress depends on achieving this aim.

We will take input from members of the Rebel Society into account in respect of this philosophy and the relevance of our society.
In conclusion, while there are many interesting and helpful projects to choose from, we have selected projects that:

1. Encourage people who are willing and able to contribute to the ecosystem;
2. Increase members’ economic power and independence;
3. Boost our effort for a shift of conventional paradigm.

Every member in the ecosystem should be participating by submitting their proposals within the wallet. RBL masternode holders should vote. This is an open platform with an open process. You can find more information about on how to set up RBL masternodes here to start your voting process.
